A. We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. A. Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department has done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Our accounts department then processes your outstanding refund back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this, it may delay your refund.
