Q. What is your return policy?
A. We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@momcosprout.com to initiate a return.
Q. How long will it be before I get a refund?
A. Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department has done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Our accounts department then processes your outstanding refund back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this, it may delay your refund.
